DGNB criteria "Quality of indoor and outdoor spaces" (SOC1.6)

Objective

Our objective is to provide the building's users with high-quality indoor and outdoor spaces that accommodate as wide a variety of recreational and functional uses as possible and increase the sustainability of the property and the comfort of all users for a long time to come.

Benefits

Buildings with high-quality spaces boost the health and happiness of their users and residents, and promote social interaction. This significantly improves the building's utility value.
