Small residential buildings

This scheme is for residential buildings with less than 6 residential units. 

The comfort and well-being of the users are naturally the focus of these buildings: criteria such as thermal comfort and indoor air quality are therefore given special weighting.

The quality of the integral planning, construction and commissioning is similarly strongly reflected in the evaluation. With a streamlined catalogue of criteria, this scheme is particularly suitable for developers and manufacturers of prefabricated and terraced houses as a first step, offering them the highest level of reliable quality testing.

The DGNB System Version 2020 International is not yet available for this scheme. However, DGNB Auditors with German language skills can combine and adapt the full range of current German schemes with DGNB System Version 2020 International in order to certify other building types.
